Simulations of parliamentary elections took place in 3 high schools in Buzau, with the participation of 11th and 12th grade students. The simulation had all the elements of a real electoral process. There were 3 polling stations, one polling station in each high school, equipped with booths and ballot boxes. Teachers and students were part of the “Polling Station Commissions” and the “County Electoral Bureau” of the Simulated Elections.
Permanent electoral lists, supplementary electoral lists, minutes, ballot papers and simulated ballot papers were printed.
After all the students present had voted, the members of the commissions counted the votes obtained and published the results.
The members of the commissions took their role seriously, being careful to respect the secrecy of the vote, the order and discipline in the polling station, but also the correct counting of the votes cast.
