It represents a series of projects started in 2012 and maintained until now, projects that are carried out every 6 months from the taking over of the mandates of local / county councilors, by the mayors and president of the County Council and by the parliamentarians. The public debates compare what the candidates for the dignities listed above have promised in the election campaigns versus the degree of fulfillment of the promises made to the citizens which “slips” so that they return to the normal course of things.
