One of the main problems that people belonging to vulnerable groups are facing nowadays, which prevents them from finding a job, changing their social status, reducing the risk of poverty, marginalization and social exclusion, is lack of knowledge, skills, entrepreneurial skills. In their absence, people from vulnerable groups are practically captive, not being able to start a business on their own, to attract public or private funding, to look to a better future with confidence.
