On March 22 and 23, 2024, Asociatia Pro Democratia Club Buzau  participated in Plauen (DE) at the transnational partners meeting, within the KA220-VET Erasmus+ project -„pROceed goes practice”, in order to speak about the current state of the work in the project and the further steps.
Concretely, the Pilot Training II taking place in April was prepared in which staff members of the partner organisations and VET trainers will be prepared for implementing job preparation measures with adult Roma in most different fields.
It is the aim of the job preparation measures that the participating Roma will be employed afterwards. Therefore, in the last months the partner organisations have been establishing close co-operations with enterprises and labour offices.
The project is co-funded from the European Union within the Erasmus+ program.
